esalen sky
Esalen Sky is the first release in a series that explores the experience of place. I began with attention to the sounds and rhythms of the Big Sur coast. Environmental recordings I made at Esalen are crafted into playable samples, then combined with more traditional instrumentation to produce music for contemplation and gentle action. I am grateful for the inspiration and encouragement of Tias Little/Prajna Yoga.
